If we deliver the wrong product to you, we will of course take it back at our expense and send you the correct product free of charge.

If you don't like a product, you can send it back within 2 weeks. We will not cover the return costs.

Please remember that underwear is a hygiene product and we cannot resell it.

But we will create a blog for you where you can sell goods that you don't like cheaper/at the same price to someone who does.

It is best to wash by hand, especially for products with rhinestones.
Products without rhinestones can be washed at low temperatures and on a gentle cycle. Please use a laundry bag, however, otherwise knots will form and the lingerie will get tangled up with the other laundry.

With one-size we serve the sizes XXS to XL (up to 90 kg)

For a body weight of 90 kg or more, we recommend our plus-size category
